We can provide changes up to a certain point of the project. Once the wood is cut down to shape we will no longer allow shape and size adjustments, however anything such as any color, and engravings are totally fine.
Let us know immediately. We will look into what caused the issue, what we can do to fix it, and accommodate you in whatever way we can.
You will get a 3 month warranty on any custom furniture piece.
Our custom wooden pieces are non returnable or refundable after work has begun.
Typically smaller projects will only take a couple of weeks, however larger custom pieces will take much longer. We will give you a general estimation after the project is planned and designed.
