Outdoor kitchens face rain, sun, and wind. We use weatherproof materials like stainless steel for appliances and stone for countertops. JH Studio Furniture adds roof or pergola to protect the space and keep it looking great all year long
We always think about the "kitchen triangle" keep your grill, sink, and fridge close together so our client's don’t have to run back and forth. Also, JH Studio Furniture makes sure there’s enough counter space for prepping food and serving guests when do the initial design for your outdoor living endevours.
We make sure to install proper lighting (it gets dark at night!), ventilation to avoid smoke buildup, and enough storage for tools and utensils. JH Studio Furniture will ALWAYS choose materials that can handle outdoor conditions so they last longer and ALWAYS align the design to the client's wants.
Unfortunately, we can not. Indoor appliances aren’t made to handle rain, heat, or cold. Use outdoor-rated grills, fridges, and sinks so they stay safe and work properly outside
You’ll need at least 24 inches of counter depth for prepping food or mixing drinks. If you’re adding a bar area, make sure it’s 42 inches tall to fit standard barstools comfortably.
